Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unopened
• In the original packaging

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@seattledashcams.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds
Once we receive your unopened item back, we will refund your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Cancelled Installation Appointments
Cancel or reschedule any time before your appointment by calling or texting (206) 552-0856. If you cancel, we will refund your deposit within 3–5 business days. If you reschedule, your deposit moves to your new date. The deposit is non-refundable only if you miss your appointment without letting us know beforehand.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
