Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received them
In the original packaging

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@seattledashcams.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
