Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Installation deposits
When you book an installation, you pay a 10% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is due when your installation is complete, charged to the payment method you used at checkout.

How to cancel
You can cancel any time before your appointment by calling or texting (206) 552-0856 or emailing info@seattledashcams.com. If you cancel, you won't be charged the remaining balance, and we will refund your deposit within 3–5 business days. The deposit is non-refundable only if you miss your appointment without letting us know beforehand.

Rescheduling
To reschedule instead, call or text (206) 552-0856, or email us at info@seattledashcams.com. Your deposit moves to your new date. If we need to reschedule because of weather, we'll let you know in advance by email, and nothing extra is charged.
